Dear Congressman Bliley,

I trust you are well. I write to update you on a matter of concern to us both.

Enclosed you will find copies of my last three (3) cable tv bills. You will of course note that my latest bill shows an increase of $5.20. I assume that this is the savings that I may enjoy as a result of our caring, Imperical Congress.

I know that you voted against the legislation and wish to thank you for your continued efforts on behalf of your constituents. You consistentaly show an all too rare ability to apply common-sense to the problems facing our country.

I just thought that the copies of these bills would show the validity of your concerns about the Federal government getting involved in the cabel tv industry. My wife and I have decided that we must cut some stations that we have been receiving in order to stay within our budget (would that Washington could do the same).

I will close now, thanking you again for your efforts on my behalf. Please know, Sir, that I remain,
